We’ll discuss your answers with the landlord to ensure compatibility before moving forward, ensuring everyone’s time is well spent.

Step 3 – Schedule a viewing: Due to the high demand for rental properties in our area, we hold dedicated Viewing Afternoons where prospective tenants who have passed our vetting process can see the property. This allows you to assess the living space and get a feel for what living there may be like.
