At Cleeve Residential, we’re more than just a lettings agency – we’re a family.
Our story began in 1994 when John’s dad David founded Cleeve Residential’s sister company, Cleeve Financial Services. Back then, he provided financial services to landlords in the local area.
But after hearing countless complaints about the lack of reliable property management options, David decided to create Cleeve Residential to help landlords.
Fast forward to 2010, and John joined the company, eventually taking over as owner in 2014. His wife, Bex, became part of the team in 2016.
Throughout the years, we’ve upheld our core values of caring for our colleagues, clients and community. We take pride in supporting the areas we serve through our charity and community work, and we always strive to do the right thing – even when it’s difficult.
As lifelong locals, we know Bishop’s Cleeve like the back of our hands.
We’ve seen the village and surrounding areas grow and develop significantly over the years.
Our team are all carefully selected for their helpfulness, friendliness and hardworking nature, and they share our values of integrity and community spirit.
Since we opened, we’ve looked after hundreds of landlords (and thousands of tenants) and played a part in helping many people find new homes locally.
Our offices have remained in the heart of the village over the years, and we have an open-door policy where people can come in to get their property questions answered or simply have a chat over a nice cup of tea.
As John puts it, “When we work with clients, we don’t sit opposite them and dictate to them, we sit by their side and listen, guide and advise them.
