Once you've chosen a property we'll need a holding deposit to secure it while we process your application and check your references.
In order to check your references we'll need some details about you and any guarantors to prove your identity, assess your residential status, verify your income and assess your credit history.
In accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019, we will agree that once you have passed referencing and signed your tenancy agreement, the holding deposit will be refunded against your move in monies, which consist of the agreed rent and tenancy deposit.
