How long have you worked in the estate agent industry?
Since 2022 – Working at Cleeve Residential is my first property-based role, and I’m learning a lot every day.
What makes your agency special?
I think it’s how the team cares about each other and our clients.
How long have you lived in the local area?
All my life so I’ve plenty of local knowledge.
How do you think your colleagues would describe you?
I’d imagine they say I’m talkative, which is quite a handy trait in my role.
What’s the best part of your job?
I’d say working with great colleagues and helping solve issues if and when they arise.
What’s the biggest challenge you face in your role?
Tenant checkouts can sometimes be a challenge, but all the work we put into relationship building beforehand usually means there are generally very few issues.
What makes you happy?
Good food, especially roast dinners, and spending time with my Family.
What’s been the proudest moment of your career?
Getting a job with a great local company like Cleeve Residential and passing my exam (which exam?).
How do you relax away from the office?
We’re lucky where we live as there are plenty of great places to go on a dog walk.

Do you have a hidden talent?
I can play the violin reasonably well.
If you won £10 million, how would you spend it?
Buy a big house for myself and my family members.
If you could give one tip to homeowners preparing to sell or rent out their property, what would it be?
I work on the rental side of the business, but I would still recommend anyone thinking of selling use Cleeve Residential, as I know how good and honest our sales team are.
