Property Management Service
This service covers all aspects of letting your property whilst
it is in our care and consists of the following activities:
- Visit landlords to discuss all aspects of letting and our services.
- Advertise in local newspapers, our website and our high street window.
- Accompany potential tenants when viewing a property.
- Take up comprehensive reference searches for each tenant.
- Arrange tenancies using an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.
- Compile an inventory of contents and condition of the property.
- Arrange for service suppliers to be notified of the change of occupier.
- Retain a deposit as security against any damage or unpaid rent.
- Carry out regular property inspections.
- Arrange for inexpensive or emergency repairs to be carried out.
- Arrange for an annual gas safety inspection to be done.
- Arrange insurance cover against loss of rent if the tenant defaults.
Introduction Only Service
This service covers seeking a tenant and, having settled them into
the property, passing the responsibility of the ongoing management
back to the landlord.
