Letting your property is as nerve racking as letting your 17 year old drive your car for the first time. You want to know that it is safe hands and that it will come back in one piece, this is where an experienced letting agent comes in.
We always take great care when choosing suitable tenants. We’ll carry out a thorough referencing check, using a professional agency to establish a potential tenant’s employment details, previous landlords and credit history.
We offer two main services to landlords:
Full Management – we take responsibility for everything, including initial advertising, referencing, drawing up the tenancy and inventory and showing the tenant into the property. Once the tenant has moved in we arrange rent collection, repairs and regular property inspections. At the end of the tenancy we’ll see the tenant out and make sure your property is returned in good order.
Introduction Service – we take responsibility for everything, including initial advertising, referencing, drawing up the tenancy and inventory and showing the tenant into the property. At which point management of the property is then handed over to the landlord.
