Purchasing a home property

We strive to gain a true understanding of what our buyers are looking for in a new home. We do this by asking the right questions and listening.

We want to learn as much as we can about a buyer's needs in terms of the sort of property they are searching for. This equips us to show buyers properties that are relevant to their requirements. The concise feedback we obtain after viewings helps us build a picture of your perfect home so when something suitable comes to the market, we know who to call instead of just placing the property on Rightmove and waiting for the phone to ring.

Whether you are relocating with work, a first time buyer who would just like some advice about the process or if you are speculatively considering a move sometime in the future, we would love to hear from you. Give us a call today.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

As part of the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 we have to obtain and hold identification and proof of address for all customers. The transactions that we deal are deemed by HMRC as high risk for money laundering.

As part of our AML process we have to obtain and hold identification and proof of address for all customers. We also establish whether there are any beneficial owners on whose behalf the transaction or activity is taking place. If necessary, we also need to identify the source or destination of funds.

Please see below for a full list of acceptable identity documents. Please note we will require sight of all original or certified documents. If you are providing certified copies, these should be certified by a professional person from a regulated industry, such as a solicitor. If you are unable to meet the Identity requirements detailed here, or if you have any questions about our Anti-Money Laundering policy please contact the office.
